Terms of Service

Rules for using AdaView, the unofficial community Cardano explorer by WalletPup.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdaView (the "Service"), an unofficial community Cardano explorer operated by WalletPup ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting AdaView, using the AdaView website or API, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use AdaView. These Terms apply in addition to any applicable third-party terms (for example Discord, X, or wallet providers) that you must also follow when you use those services.

2. What AdaView is

AdaView is an independent, unofficial community explorer for the Cardano blockchain. It may display blocks, transactions, stake pools, DReps, tokens, NFTs, wallet profiles, network stats, and related chain data. Some features may call the AdaView / AdaBubbles API or other WalletPup products.

AdaView is not an official Cardano product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Input Output Global (IOG), EMURGO, the Cardano Foundation, Intersect, or any official Cardano governance body.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on AdaView is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, market caps, volumes, floors, rankings, and similar figures are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Cryptocurrency and blockchain activity involve risk, including possible loss of funds.

4. Data accuracy and availability

AdaView aims to present on-chain and indexed data in a useful way, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Indexing lag, third-party outages, parsing edge cases, and network conditions can cause incomplete, delayed, or incorrect displays.

You should verify critical information against the Cardano chain, your own node or indexer, or other trusted sources before relying on it. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, real-time freshness, or absolute correctness of every field.

5. API and automated access

If you use AdaView or related AdaBubbles API endpoints, keys, dashboards, or rate-limited access, you must:

  • Use credentials only for your own lawful use and keep keys confidential.
  • Respect published rate limits and fair-use expectations.
  • Not abuse, scrape aggressively, or attempt to disrupt the Service or shared infrastructure.
  • Not resell or misrepresent API access as an official Cardano service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdaView to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with or degrade the Service for others.
  • Misrepresent AdaView as an official Cardano product or as financial advice.
  • Upload or link malware, phishing material, or content intended to steal wallet credentials or private keys.

7. Wallets and third-party links

AdaView may show links to websites, Discord servers, X profiles, marketplaces, and other third-party destinations (including creator-submitted or on-chain metadata). We do not control those destinations and do not endorse their content or security.

Never share seed phrases or private keys. Always check URLs carefully before connecting a wallet or signing a transaction. Wallet connections, if offered, are at your own risk and subject to your wallet software terms.

8. Related WalletPup products

AdaView is part of the WalletPup ecosystem, which may also include AdaBubbles, Wallie, Bluepages, and other tools. Separate product pages may have additional terms. Where those terms conflict for a specific product, the product-specific terms control for that product.

9. Intellectual property

AdaView branding, layout, and original UI materials are owned by WalletPup or its licensors. Cardano marks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear on AdaView for identification only.

You may not copy, scrape for redistribution, or brand AdaView as your own product without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal or non-commercial viewing and fair use of publicly displayed chain data.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalletPup and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or funds, arising from your use of or inability to use AdaView.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for AdaView access in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), if you paid nothing.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of AdaView after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms or AdaView can be sent through WalletPup community channels or email.
